Complete Technical Process

• Pre-Testing (BDV & PPM): We conduct on-site Breakdown Voltage (BDV) tests and Karl Fischer moisture analysis (PPM) to benchmark the oil’s initial health.

• Multi-Stage Purification: Utilizing advanced mobile degassing and filtration plants, the oil is heated, filtered down to 1 micron to remove carbon sludge, and subjected to a high-vacuum chamber to extract dissolved moisture and gases.

• Post-Processing Verification: The oil is continuously processed until the dielectric breakdown voltage exceeds >60kV and moisture drops below acceptable international standards (IEC 60296).
