As a rapidly growing engineering firm, we are looking for a skilled Industrial Automation & Control Specialist to drive our smart building and industrial control solutions. This role focuses on designing, programming, and troubleshooting automated systems—including PLCs, SCADA, Building Management Systems (BMS), and integration of energy-efficient systems like solar power and advanced HVAC networks.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Automation Programming: Design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA architectures for complex industrial workflows and processing plants.

BMS & HVAC Integration: Develop and deploy Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize climate control, CCTV surveillance, and fire fighting system triggers.

System Troubleshooting: Perform on-site diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance of automation instrumentation, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Technical Advisory: Work closely with the engineering consultancy team to design energy-efficient, automated control loops that align with client sustainability targets.

Documentation: Generate loop drawings, functional design specifications (FDS), and operation manuals for completed systems.
🎓 Job Requirements

Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Automation/Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Schneider, or similar) and industrial field network protocols.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PLC/SCADA software architectures, control panel design, and instrument calibration.

Soft Skills: High analytical capability, adaptability to shifting field conditions, and a proactive attitude toward learning new automation tech.
